　　Objectives This study was to investigate the expression of heme oxygenase 1 (Heme oxygenase, HO-1) induced by the lipid-associated membrane proteins(LAMPs) derived from Mycoplasma pneumoniae in the human monocyte cell line THP-1 cells.Methods The cytotoxicity of LAMPs to THP-1 cells was investigated by CCK-8 test.THP-1 cells were stimulated by different concentration of LAMPs for different time, and the expression of HO-1 protein and mRNA were detected by Western blot and qRTPCR respectively.
