Auto-negotiation is an important technology for E-commerce trends.This paper mainly describe the knowledge of multi-attribute intelligent negotiation machine, including the concept and process of auto-negotiation, the overview of B2BEB intelligent negotiation machine and the model of multi-attribute intelligent negotiation machine.The focus of the article is how to quantify the impact factors of intelligent negotiation in reality: distance function and utility function.The distance can quantify continuous or discrete attributes, the utility function express attribute preferences of negotiation agent based on distance function.
