采用ProCAST软件模拟了SiC/Al复合材料的气压浸渗制备工艺过程,研究了模拟参数“最大时间步长(DTMAX)”对计算精度和计算效率的影响。结果表明,最大时间步长显著改变凝固过程的固相率,从而引起缩松缩孔和残余应力计算结果的明显差异;本研究所用63vol%Si C/Al复合材料浸渗过程且降温过程耗时在2 h以上的工艺模拟,最大时间步长参数优选为5 s,以兼顾计算精度和模拟效率。
ProCAST software was used to simulate the infiltration process of SiC / Al composites. The influence of simulation parameters “maximum time step (DTMAX) ” on computational accuracy and computational efficiency was studied. The results show that the maximum time step significantly changes the solid fraction of the solidification process, which leads to significant differences between the results of shrinkage shrinkage cavity and residual stress calculation. The 63vol% Si C / Al composite infiltration process and the cooling process are time-consuming In the process simulation above 2 h, the maximum time step parameter is preferably 5 s, in order to balance the calculation accuracy and simulation efficiency.
