AIM To investigate antiapoptotic effect and mechanism of human tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 on diabetic wound healing.METHODS 40 male SD rats were induced diabetes by intra-abdomen injection of 50 mg/kg streptozotocin.Diabetic rats were maintained for 4 weeks,and then anesthetized.
