苍山大蒜(Aiiium Satirum L)是我省名特产蔬菜之一,有着悠久的栽培历史。它是在苍山县特定的生态环境条件下,经过长期的自然选择,人为的定向培育,形成的苍山白皮大蒜。具有头大瓣少、皮薄洁白、粘辣郁香、营养丰富等特点。因而著称中外,享有很高的声誉。目前,苍山大蒜的生产,有了很大的发展,1986年全县的种植面积80000多亩,蒜头总产达4500多万公斤,蒜苔总产330多万公斤。为了高产优质,除进行高产栽培等项目
