Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) following a reduced-intensity conditioning (RIC) regimen for the treatment of refractory myeloid leukemia.Methods: Twenty-two patients with refractory myeloid leukemia received allo-HSCT following a RIC regimen based on fludarabine (90-150 mg/m2), busulfan (8-12 mg/kg iv.),cytarabine (3-10g), and total body irradiation (TBI; 3-6 Gy).
