Tianjin City has included accessible environment construction into the overall planning of urban development, actively carried out accessible environment transformation for families with persons with disabilities and communities and made significant achievements under the leadership of the government and the joint efforts of many departments, units and the whole society.But there are still a number of problems to be solved now, e.g.great difficulty in the transformation of accessible environment transformation for existing small public service facilities, insufficient connection between some accessible facilities and surroundings, incomplete supporting facilities for accessible transportation, information accessibility construction projects to be developed, accessible facility management and maintenance to be strengthened, etc.Next, Tianjin will bring accessible environment construction onto the track of governance according to laws;develop concrete and strongly operational implementation methods;seek for more scientific and effective means of propaganda;and promote the construction of accessible environments in a balanced manner.
