本文通过累积叠轧(ARB)的方法对AZ31变形镁合金在不同的退火温度下进行了7个周期的ARB剧烈塑性变形,其中每个周期的变形量为75%,道次压下量为15%,退火温度分别为250℃、300℃和350℃。随着退火温度的升高,晶粒长大明显,孪晶组织逐渐消失。同时在叠轧的过程中,通过引入纯铝作为包覆材料,实现了化学热处理,使基体材料中弥散分布着Al2O3颗粒,阻碍了热传导,促进了层界面结合,基体材料的平均晶粒尺寸达到1~2μm。
In this paper, seven cycles of ARB severe plastic deformation of AZ31 deformed magnesium alloy at different annealing temperatures were carried out by means of cumulative roll-over (ARB) method. The deformation amount per cycle was 75% and the pass reduction was 15 %, Annealing temperature is 250 ℃, 300 ℃ and 350 ℃ respectively. With the increase of annealing temperature, the grains grow obviously and the twinstructure gradually disappear. At the same time, during the process of stack rolling, by introducing pure aluminum as cladding material, the chemical heat treatment is realized to disperse the Al2O3 particles in the matrix material, hinder the heat conduction, promote the bonding of the layer interface, and the average grain size of the matrix material reaches 1 ~ 2μm.
