Background, Motivation and Objective Ultrasonic standing wave trapping (USWT) is a promising method for generating cell aggregates. However, USWT requires a complicated apparatus not suitable for sterilization for repetitive use. To solve this problem, this study proposes a novel cell aggregate generation method using USWT in a disposable capsule.
