采用宏观分析、金相检验、显微硬度测试及偏光、暗场观察等手段,对45钢滚轮淬火开裂原因进行分析,发现纵向裂纹和带状组织方向一致,带状组织中聚集着较多的非金属夹杂物。结果表明,严重的带状组织及非金属夹杂物聚集分布,是造成45钢滚轮淬火开裂的主要原因。
Using macroscopical analysis, metallographic examination, microhardness test, polarized light observation and dark field observation, the cause of quenching and cracking of 45 steel wheel was analyzed. It was found that the longitudinal cracks were consistent with the banded structure, Non-metallic inclusions. The results show that the serious ribbon structure and non-metallic inclusions are concentrated and distributed, which is the main reason for quenching and cracking of 45 steel roller.
