  This paper aimed at the problem of casting defects during the trial manufacture of a certain engine cylinder head.Combined with the structural characteristics of the internal integrated exhaust manifold,the structure design optimization of gravity casting process introduced in detail.Through the process simulation analysis and trail production verification and other means,reaching the production scrap rate control objectives.
