It seems that substantial universes arise because nature abhors a void.It may also be that after the end of one universe, leading perhaps to a period of nothingness related to the nature of the universe that has ended and the nature of the ending,a need to fill this void arises and a new universe may form to fill this void.It seems nature may strive for a build up of intensity of focused order filling an ever-smaller void, thus averting the abhorred void, until the thermodynamic principle of things tending towards chaos predominates and the energy pushing this requirement to be fulfilled builds up to allow the explosive formation of a large and relatively disordered universe. Thus it seems there are two principles working together, the need to fill any void that arises,as well as a force that favors a small void arising,as void is abhorred, and this void being regularly and densely filled, which means relative order in the universe. This is in a sense competing with the force that favors matter tending towards chaos. These principles seem to govern what kind of universe follows upon the end of one universe and indeed series of universes occur. The nature of a new universe that is formed in a void and the nature of its formation, are perhaps related to the nature of the previous universe and the nature of its ending, respectively. For example,if the end of one universe was prolonged,it seems this might be followed by a short period of nothingness and then a very explosive filling of this void with a new universe. This could be seen as a long approach to nothingness and thus the period of nothingness is brief and the new substantial universe arises quickly and energetically in response to this prolonged latent period of expectancy of a void.By the same reasoning,a short-lived universe which arose explosively might be followed by a series of universes which arise ever quicker and are ever smaller with short periods of nothing until the latency was quelled and a longer period of nothingness might ensue followed by a a universe arising which might have a slow formation, expanding and forming at a relatively slow pace and indeed it might last a relatively long time and then ends relatively slowly also.It might be that a longer period of existence allows for more disorder in a sense. This might also be followed by a relatively long period of nothingness. This can be seen as being based on a build up of an expectation of a void and how long this period of expectancy lasts and at what speed it builds up.
