Fluidized catalytic cracking(FCC)is a key and widely used refinery process for converting heavy oils into valuable light products such as gasoline and diesel. With the increasing requirement of light products and low carbon olefins, and the increasing environmental protection requirement,FCC technologies have been greatly improved. How to improve further FCC technologies depends on the in-depth understanding of the hydrodynamics and reaction behavior as well as their reciprocity, and the good design and control of operating conditions to match hydrodynamics and reaction behavior in the processes as well as possible.
