Purpose To present an interim analysis of the trial of concurrent capecitabine and radiotherapy with or without oxaliplatin as adjuvant treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer.Methods This was a multicentre, open-label,randomized, phase 3 study in patients with pathological stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ rectal cancer.Patients were randomized to either radiotherapy 45-50.
