：
探讨颈椎前路对于颈椎后纵韧带骨化的疗效分析.方法：将自我院2012年6月至2014年6月颈椎后纵韧带骨化行颈椎前路手术20例进行随访，随访从6个月到2年不等，并在不同时间点按JOA评分标准判定其术后改善率，并进行疗效评价.对患者术前术后X线、CT及MRI影像学资料进行比较分析.结果：20例患者平均JOA评分由术前的(8.8±1.5)分提高至(13.6±1.0)，平均改善率为57.3％.有62％的M
