高龄股骨颈骨折患者围手术期护理
随着人均寿命的不断增长，人口老龄化日趋严重，老年骨折患者日益增多，尤其是股骨颈骨折占有很大比例。由于骨质疏松、外伤、意外事故等，股骨颈骨折在老年人中特别多见，特别是它会引起神经损伤、创伤性关节炎等严重并发症，尤其是压疮，坠积性肺炎、泌尿系感染、深静脉血栓等护理并发症在高龄患者中发生的可能性大大增加，目前已成为严重威胁老年人身体健康和生活质量的社会问题。对于股骨颈骨折的治疗，现主以手术为主，护理人员

骨盆骨折的护理
骨盆骨折多由直接暴力挤压骨盆所致[1]，常见原因有交通事故、意外摔倒或高处坠落等。常并发盆腔出血、休克、膀胱尿道损伤、直肠肛管损伤、神经损伤等，因此骨折脱位的早期复位固定，辅以正确的护理不仅有助于控制出血，减少并发症，也利于机体的功能康复。本文对2011年7月～2013年04月收治的40例骨盆骨折患者进行护理研究，现报道如下。
