A Gram-stain-negative and rod-shaped bacterium,named as strain XMTR2C3T,was isolated from a common limpet,Patelloida saccharian lanx (Reeve) on the intertidal rocks in Xiamen,China.The colony of this strain was pale-yellow and circular.Catalase and oxidase were positive.The full-length 16S rRNA gene (1,516 bp) of this strain had maximum sequence similarity with Lacinutrix venerupis Cmf 20.8T of 96.9%,followed by L.jangbogonensis PAMC 27137T and Flavirhabdus iliipiscaria Th68T of 96.3% and 96.0%,respectively.Phylogenetic analysis showed that strain XMTR2C3T formed a cluster with F.iliipiscaria and the species belonging to the genus Lacinutrix,but represented a novel lineage.The predominant fatty acids were iso-C15∶1 G (25.1%),iso-C15∶0 (16.4%),summed feature 3 (16.3%),iso-C15∶0 3-OH (14.5%),iso-C17∶0 3-OH (8.5%),and iso-Ci6∶0 3-OH (5.3%).Menaquinone-6 (MK-6) was the sole respiratory quinone.The DNA G+C content of strain XMTR2C3T was 31.5 mol% calculated from the genome.Combining the results above,it was ascertained that strain XMTR2C3T represented a novel species of the genus Lacinutrix,for which the name Lacinutrix patelloidae sp.nov.was proposed with type strain XMTR2C3T.Additionally,we proposed thatFlavirhabdus iliipiscariabe reclassified to the genus Lacinutrix as L.iliipiscaria comb.nov.

决策气象服务是将气象信息融入政府决策的重要方式,对如何提高决策气象服务的效果,作者结合自己本单位的工作实际,从四个方面进行了分析,即:提高气象预报准确率是核心、增强气象灾害监测能力是基础、写好气象服务材料是重点、灵活应用气象服务手段是关键。
