稀土元素活化Si-H键,主要通过σ键复分解的反应.稀土胺基,烷基化合物和硅烷的反应有可能得到稀土氢化物[1],也有可能得到稀土硅基类化合物[2].这两种活化方式是稀土化合物参与硅烷反应的基元反应.2012年我们课题组报道了用氮杂环卡宾稀土加合物选择性高产率的催化硅烷和胺的脱氢反应,我们对反应机理的探究,推测可能经历了稀土氢化物的过程[3].为了对Si-H键的活化有进一步的了解,我们合成了不同的稀土胺基及烷基加合物以研究其与硅烷的反应.异丙基卡宾稀土加合物1与MesSiH3的反应发生了配体的解离,重新得到稀土加合物2.我们接着又合成了具有胺基硅基类配体的稀土烷基加合物3和4,其与硅烷的反应仍在研究之中.
