Hastelloy C-276 alloy is a Ni-Cr-Mo-W wrought alloy that has good high temperature strength,resistance to neutron radiation,and perfect anti-oxidation abilities.Through small amount of deformation by cold-rolled and subsequent two-step annealing at high temperature and low temperature,the proportion of low Σ coincidence site lattice(CSL)grain boundaries of hastelloy C-276 can be enhanced to about 80.5%which mainly were of Σ3n(n = 1,2,3,...)type.In that,the grain boundary network(GBN)was featured by the formation of highly twinned large size grain-clusters produced by multiple twinning.
