锥形复合材料电线杆缠绕工艺

  复合材料具有质量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀和绝缘性好等特点,采用复合材料电线杆替代承载输电线路的主要媒介钢筋混凝土杆塔和木质电线杆,可解决混凝土、木质电线杆重量大、运输难、易腐烂、使用寿命短等问题。对于传统缠绕工艺无法实现锥形复合材料电线杆的等壁厚缠绕,壁厚不均会导致其横向和纵向力学性能降低,抗风、抗挤、抗压等能力差,而且生产成本高;实现电线杆等壁厚能够增强其物理性能,提高电线杆弯曲强度,满足恶劣环境下所能承受的横纵向应力的同时节省原材料降低成本。
