微系统与其相关产品的蓬勃发展,使得市场对微型零件的需求急剧增加,粉末微注射成形技术为其大规模生产提供了商业化的可能.本文研究采用316L不锈钢粉末和复合氧化锆粉末制备微阵列和微型齿轮的可能性.实验使用Jeol JSM型扫描电镜、Image-Pro Plus分析软件研究了注射成形温度对生坯质量的影响以及烧结后316L不锈钢微细结构与基底的显微组织.结果表明,使用自制喂料,优化粉末微注射成形工艺后能够成功制备直径100 μm、高200 μm的316L不锈钢微阵列和齿顶圆直径200~900 μm的复合氧化锆微型齿轮.在喂料降解温度以下提高注射成形温度,有助于微型流道的充填,可以提高注射生坯质量.316L不锈钢微细结构的致密化程度和晶粒尺寸均大于基底.
