　　We have been reconsidering meaning of Robust design,and have shown the difficulty to obtain true meaning of so called robust design by the following formulation,when perturbation parameter becomes design variables,as partial differential becomes 0 at optimum points in the case of non-constraints.Therefore,second terms meant nothing.
