應用溶劑型漿料積層製造技術製作氧化鋯陶瓷之研究

  本研究主要開發氧化鋯陶瓷材料製作以溶劑型漿料法陶瓷積層製造技術(Solvent-based SlurryStereolithography,3S)兼具高強度和精度特性之元件。實驗方法是以氧化釔穩定氧化鋯(Y2O3 安定ZrO2,YSZ)添加光硬化樹脂合成複合漿料,探討3S 製程之漿料配方,以生胚鋪層尺寸控制精度、提高固含量以降低收縮及缺陷,最後針對控制燒結後之全方向收縮率一致性與高緻密度,及分析其強度之機械性質。
