Recently,fluorescence detection,such as in bio-sensing and bioimaging,1,2 has developed rapidly and attracted a great deal of research attention,due to requirements in the health care of human beings.Through the marriage of the AIE effect3 and self-assembly of bolaamphiphiles,not only the good water solubility and biocompatibility4 can been endowed to amphiphilic molecules,but also a stable nanostructures with good fluorescent emission properties can been achieved.
