原子光谱和色谱的联用技术在色谱检测中占据着日趋重要的位置.它不仅提供了丰富的光谱信息,同时也可实现多通道在线检测.原子光谱作为元素检测最有效的分析技术,可选择性检测金属和非金属元素.这种选择性检测器只对混合物中的特定元素响应,大大降低了基体干扰,简化了操作步骤,也可同时进行多元素分析.
