As an important cultivated citrus, pomelos, especially red-fleshed ones, are popular due to their visual attraction and nutritional attribute.To illustrate the metabolomic traits in red-fleshed pomelos, juice sacs from 4 red-fleshed pomelos and 6 normal-fleshed pomelos at fully mature stage were harvested and subjected for metabolomic and transcriptomic analysis.
