  The affinity adsorptive characteristic of Morinda officinalis How polysaccharides (MOP) using ConA Sephorose 4B were investigated through static experiments.The results indicated that the static adsorption equilibrium capacity was first increased and then decreased as ionic strength and pH value changed,The optimum MOP adsorptive condition was 0.I mol/L ionic strength (NaCI concentration) at pH 7.5.Furthermore,the maxium static adsorption capacity qm,dissociation constant Kd and absorption rate K were calculated according to Langmuir model.
