建立了一种测定速冻蚕豆中萘残留量的气相色谱 /质谱方法。样品中的萘经正庚烷提取 ,以GC-MSD -SIM方式测定 ,外标法定量。实验表明 ,试样中添加 0 .0 2 -2mg/kg浓度水平的萘 ,方法回收率在 78% -1 2 1 % ,变异系数 5.81 % -1 9.4 % ,检出低限为 0 .0 2mg/kg。具有样品前处理简单快速、灵敏度高等优点 ,可满足速冻蚕豆中萘残留量的测定需要。 A gas chromatography / mass spectrometry method for the determination of naphthalene residues in quick-frozen broad bean was established. The sample of naphthalene n-heptane extracted by GC-MSD-SIM method, external standard method. Experiments show that the sample was added 0. 02 -2mg / kg concentration of naphthalene, the method recovery of 78% -1 2 1%, coefficient of variation of 5.81% -1 9.4%, the detection limit of 0.2 mg / kg.
