Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is one of the most powerful tools for the analysis of complex samples, and it has been widely used in the research area of life science, environmental monitoring and material science.Capillary ecletrochromatography (CEC) is developed based on the CE and HPLC, and it has the advantages of high column efficiency and the possibility for selection of immobile phase.Therefore, CEC has also been paid more and more great attention in the separation science.Some recent works on CE and CEC in our lab are reported in this paper, in which three topics are involved: 1) Separation and detection ofbioactive peptide using CE; 2) Separation and detection of pesticide residual; 3) Detection techniques coupling with CE/CEC.
