Background Though DES almost solved problem ofrestenosis, safety issue caused by stent thrombsis is still the major concern of DES.We hypothesized that hybrid stem implantation (BMS for lesions located at vessles with lumen size≥3.5 mm, DES for other lesions) may decrease the use of DES which probably improving the long-term safety but not affecting efficacy adversely when treating mutilesion coronary artery disease in DES era.
