This paper deals with the evaluation of sales/purchase originated risks in B2B transactions using real option approaches and its applications.We assume that the model include the stochastic phenomena such as bankruptcy of business partners as well as the price changes of products.These kinds of risks inherited in transactions are able to be evaluated by solving Stochastic Differential Equations (SDE) similar to options for securities.However, it is very hard toobtain analytical results, then we use the Dynamic Programming approach equivalent to SDE solutions.To cope with realistic situations, we introduce also the diffusion processes including jumps in the stochastic models.Simulation results are used for evaluating option premium of trading companies in Japan.

以珠三角地区六个具有代表性的高新产业开发区为例,运用熵值法构建土地集约利用评价体系,定量分析各开发区的土地集约利用水平.研究结果表明,珠三角地区高新产业开发区土地集约利用程度较为接近,需要通过提高土地利用率及其效益,加强区内建设项目用地跟踪管理等措施,实现土地资源高效、可持续利用.
