Aim: To investigate the role of PKA pathway in VEGF-induced endothelial cell migration and modulation by norisoboldine (NOR).Methods: Fibrin bead assay,RT-PCR, Western blot, coimmunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, EMSA and ELISA were performed.Results: PKA inhibitor H-89 significantly inhibited VEGF-induced endothelial cell migration and sprouting.NOR suppressed VEGFinduced cAMP production, and activation of PKA, src, VASP and eNOS.
