系统研究了熔体保温温度对渗流铸造快淬法制备的W_f/zr基金属玻璃复合材料的影响.室温力学性能测试结果表明,W_f/Zr基金属玻璃复合材料在制备过程中存在一个最佳熔体保温温度.偏离该保温温度,复合材料的室温压缩塑性发生恶化.光学显微组织和能谱分析结果表明其原因在于,在不同的熔体保温温度,基体内产生不同数量的各种析出相.在最佳熔体保温温度810℃下,制备出了室温压缩塑性达到19.6%的、W_f体积分数为75%的复合材料.
The effects of melt holding temperature on W_f / Zr-based metallic glass composites prepared by infiltration casting were studied systematically.The results of mechanical properties at room temperature show that there is an optimum melting temperature in W_f / Zr-based metallic glass composites The thermal insulation temperature of the composites deviate from that of the composites at room temperature.The results of optical microstructure and energy spectrum analysis show that the reason is that different amounts of various precipitates are produced in the matrix at different melt holding temperatures The composites with compressive plasticity of 19.6% and W_f content of 75% were prepared at the optimal melt temperature of 810 ℃.
