  The levels of isoflavones in different parts of four varieties of healthy and diseased soybeans plants were examined and compared.In the same variety,the level of each isoflavone in diseased seed was significantly lower than that in healthy seed.The decrease percentage of individual isoflavone level was from 15.7%to 78.0%and dependent upon the type of isoflavone.
