An important objective of structural health monitoring systems is to identify, the state of the structure and to detect the damage when it occurs[1].Currently based on structural vibration signal measurement, system identification and damage detection technology have become a hot issue[2].In the field of structural damage identification.Kalman filtering technique is an important means of structural parameter identification, and it is widely applied.Kalman filtering theory is to use time-domain method, as the mathematical tool to the state equation, with the main content of the multi-variable control, optimal control and estimation and adaptive control[3].
