Oleophobic surfaces have a great advantage in self-cleaning and antifouling for organic pollutants.Especially in recent years, many methods have been proposed to fabricate hydrophobic or superhydrophobic surface based on the hydrophobic coating and surface roughness.Actually, the same principle should be adopted for the preparation of oleophobic surface in air.However in many situations the oil drops are dispersed in water phase because of the leakage from the ocean tanker or the offshore oil industry.
