Molecular packing in organic materials greatly influences the electronic coupling and therefore charge transport process in organic light-emitting diodes(OLED),organic photovoltaics(OPV) and organic fieldeffect transistors(OFET).Charge transport in molecular level is mainly determined by two factors,electronic coupling and reorganization energy.

本文报道了HPLC-ELSD法介导的香加皮Periplocasepium Bge.中弱紫外吸收甾体苷及低聚糖类成分的分离纯化.经反复硅胶柱色谱,反相柱色谱及制备高效液相柱色谱,从香加皮中分离纯化了14个甾体苷及低聚糖类化合物.结合其理化性质及NMR、MS等波谱数据分析鉴定了所有化合物的结构,其中4个为新的甾体苷类化合物,命名为perisepiumosides F-I.
