When structures are exposed to dynamic loads,they basically respond to the introduced energy by vibrating.Recent progress in new materials has resulted in progressively slender structures with increased flexibility and reduced stiffness and weight.These structures,under influences such as temperature,wind and traffic loads,are subject to in larger,more frequent and faster structural movements.The damping of a structure or of structural parts is,in addition to system parameters such as natural frequency,modal displacements and deflections,an important factor for damage identification.Damping is of particular importance for the identification of a structures response to dynamic.

研发国际化是新兴经济体跨国企业学习东道国先进技术知识、增强创新能力的重要战略。本文以中国沪深两市的知识密集型高技术行业上市企业为研究样本,将研发国际化分为深度和广度两个维度,分别对二者和企业创新绩效之间的关系以及国有股权的调节作用进行了探讨。研究表明:研发国际化的深度和广度与企业创新绩效之间均呈现倒U型关系,企业隶属层级和国有股权比例负向调节研发国际化对企业创新绩效的影响。同时,与市场寻求型研发国际化的企业相比,技术寻求型企业对应的倒U型的转折点数值更大,表明这类企业能够享受到更长时间的研发国际化为创新绩
