　　Background:Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA),for example,ANRIL,has been reported to be involved in the coronary artery heart disease (CHD).However,the knowledge on the association of LncRNAs is still lacking.Object:The study is to investigate the implication of LncRNA-uc011dtd.1(LncRNA-CHD) in the modulation of gene sets directly involved in CHD.
