目的 肾移植术后主要的并发症为感染,其中尤以肺炎为重.本研究旨在评价静脉注射用人免疫球蛋白辅助治疗肾移植术后肺炎的疗效和安全性.方法 肾移植术后发生肺炎的60例患者分为两组,在常规针对病原体治疗(抗细菌、抗病毒、抗真菌),调整免疫抑制方案的基础上,28例免疫球蛋白组患者辅以小剂量免疫球蛋白(0.2g/kg/d)治疗7-10d.

目的 观察恩替卡韦分散片与替比夫定片治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效及预测因素分析.方法 随机将159例HBeAg阳性的CHB患者分为恩替卡韦分散片组(ETV组)和替比夫定片组(LDT组).治疗72周后,观察两组的应答情况(生化学应答率、完全病毒学应答率、血清学应答率)及24周的疗效对远期疗效的预测情况.结果 治疗72周后两组患者的生化学应答率比较无统计学差异(p＞0.05).
