难治性ITP合并美罗华相关血清病反应一例

【摘 要】

：

目的 青年女性,反复皮肤瘀斑并月经增多六年,当地诊断为ITP,曾应用大剂量地塞米松、IVIG、rhTPO、美罗华、小剂量地西他滨等药物治疗,仅美罗华治疗后达PR,疗效维持3 个月后复发,转来我院.2、入院后检查：血常规：WBC 2.63109/L,HGB72g/L,PLT 23109/L.
