The Chilean Silo Luna magnetite deposit is located in the northern part of Chile’s iron belt. The Chilean iron ore belt is 600 km north-south and 30 km east-west. The geological background is the volcanic arc environment within the Atacama Fault System of the Paleozoic continental margin coast fault. It is a copper-poor-sulfur-magnetite deposit residing in the island arc caustic-alkaline volcanic rocks. During 128-100 Ma, The intermediate-acidic intrusions (diorite-granodiorite) in volcanic-sedimentary sequences have close spatial-temporal relationships. The Chilean strip includes more than 40 large magnetite deposits (iron ore volumes> 100 Mt), of which 7 (El Romeral, El Algarrobo, Cerro Iman,
