本文用“格林函数/变分公式法”对屏蔽带状线作了空域一般分析.在分析中,首次引入了“高次幂电荷分布表达式”,给出了芯板位置任意的屏蔽带状线的电容、特性阻抗、电位分布和电场分布的解析表达式.与其它方法比较,本文给出的解析式数值结果易于实现,精度较高.本文给出的结果可直接应用于横电磁波传输室(TEM cell)特性设计和测量应用.屏蔽带状线的横截面如图1所示.其单位长度电容表达式如下:
In this paper, the “Green’s function / variational formula method” is used to make a general analysis of the shielded stripline.In the analysis, the expression of “high-power charge distribution” is introduced for the first time, The analytical expressions of the capacitance, the characteristic impedance, the potential distribution and the electric field distribution of the wire are obtained.Compared with other methods, the analytical numerical results given in this paper are easy to implement and the accuracy is high.The results presented in this paper can be directly applied to the transverse electromagnetic wave transmission room (TEM cell) characteristics of the design and measurement applications shielded stripline cross-section shown in Figure 1.
