Patients with sub-optimal results following Breast Conservative Therapy (BCT) are presenting more frequently to plastic surgeons as a difficult management problem..Many of these patients can avoid n adverse cosmetic deformity if the breast shape is corrected at the time of the original tumour removal as a WLE (Wide Local Excision).Various techniques ofaddressing these on the quadrant of the breast will be discussed.
