特种装备涉及国家重大工程、国防装备领域,相关研究与开发工作具有面向国家重大需求的针对性、服务国家重大工程的直接性.同时,特种装备通常结构复杂、工况极端、可靠性要求高,还具有工程化与实用化要求、学科交叉性强等特点,在科学研究与技术开发方面带来一系列新的难题和挑战.
