We retrospectively examined the angiographic outcomes of LCX ostium (LCXos) after treatment of distal bifurcation of left main coronary artery (LMCAdis) by either Cypher BxV (n=74), TAXUS Express (n=25), TAXUS Liberte (n=37), and everolimus-eluting stent (EES: Xience V / Promus) (n=9) with various bifurcation 2-stent techniques (T, culottes-, kissing, V-, and crush stentings).This was because in-stent restenosis at LCXos after bifurcation 2-stent techniques at LMCAdis was the most serious remained problem for the complete revascularization in the DES era.
