为解决某特钢公司铬矿烧结生产中存在能耗高、利用系数低等问题,针对该公司的原料特点,以南非UG2矿为主原料,配入不同比例的土耳其矿、哈萨克斯坦矿、红土镍矿进行了混合制粒试验,找出了制粒效果较优的配矿方案。在此基础上,通过烧结试验进一步探索了合适的熔剂及其配比。研究表明:在“南非UG2矿52%+土耳其矿28%+焦粉7%+膨润土4.5%+自制粘结剂3.5%+蛇纹石为12%”的配矿方案下,控制混合料水分为12.4%,能取得较好的生产指标;如果配加哈萨克斯坦矿,适宜的配料方案为:UG2矿48%+哈萨克斯坦矿32%+焦粉7%+膨润土4.5%+自制粘结剂3.5%+蛇纹石为12%;若配加红土镍矿,其配比不宜超过20%。
In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption and low coefficient of utilization in the production of chrome ore for a special steel company, according to the characteristics of the raw materials of the company, the UG2 mine in South Africa is the main raw material with different proportions of Turkish ore, Kazakh ore, Nickel ore was mixed granulation test, to find a better granulation effect with ore program. Based on this, the suitable flux and its proportioning were further explored by means of sintering test. The results show that under the control of “Mixture of 52% of South Africa UG2 mine + 28% of Turkish ore + 7% of coke powder + 4.5% of bentonite + 3.5% of self-made binder + 12% of serpentine” Water is 12.4%, can get better production index; if with Kazakhstan, the suitable ingredients are: UG2 mine 48% + Kazakhstan ore 32% + coke 7% + bentonite 4.5% + homemade binder 3.5% + serpentine 12%; with nickel laterite, the ratio should not exceed 20%.
