Objective To study the value of high frequency potential for guiding the catheter ablation of VA from the right ventricular outflow tract Methods Thirty-nine patients with VA were underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation.Eighteen patients were guided by high frequency potential from ROVTA(Group A) and ninteen patients guided by pace-mapping(Group B).Results Radiofrequency catheter ablation was successfully in 17 of 18 patients in Group A.Radiofrequency catheter ablation was successfully in 18 of 19 patients in Group B.There were no significant difference were founded between Group A and B in Age,Sex,Complication rate and suceed rate. The procedure time and X-ray time in group A are shorter than group B.Conclusion High frequency potential is valuble in guiding the catheter ablation of VA from the fight ventricular outflow tract, especially in patients with no capturing during pace-mapping.
