In this research,some of the new inorganic complexes of first series transition metals complexes were synthesized.These new compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods such as FT-IR and UV spectra,X-ray diffraction,1HNMR,13CNMR,techniques and some physical properties.The biological activities such as antitumor activities of ligands and their complexes against a different kinds of tumor cells such as panel of human tumor cell lines(HT29:Human colon adenocarcinoma cell line T47D:human breast adenocarcinoma cell line) was determined by MTT(3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide)assay.
