目的:探讨郑州市某污水厂不同处理阶段污水雌激素活性的分布以及各处理工艺对雌激素活性的去除效率.
方法:利用固相萃取/重组基因酵母法测定污水样品的雌激素活性,计算城市污水雌激素活性的总体去除效率和不同处理工艺的去除效率.
结果:污水水样中均存在一定的雌激素活性,其中总进水口水样的雌激素活性最高,为(10.81±0.24)ng/L雌二醇当量,初沉池、二沉池和出水口水样分别为(9.71±0.62)、(1.05±0.02)、(1.04±0.30)ng/L雌二醇当量.污水处理厂Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ系列对雌激素活性的去除率分别为81.00%,93.54%,89.20%.
结论:该污水处理厂对内分泌干扰物的总去除率为88.78%,清除率较高,但污水排放仍具有潜在的环境风险.二级生物处理对内分泌干扰物的去除起主导作用.三种处理工艺均能明显的去除污水中的内分泌干扰物,Ⅳ、Ⅵ系列的清除效率基本相同,且都高于Ⅰ系列的清除率.
